*Have you seen Yamuna classes on the schedule and wondered what in the heck is Yamuna Body Rolling? (pronounced “YA-moo-nah”)
This workshop delivers the basics of body rolling and you’ll leave the studio feeling relaxed and revitalized. Experience this delicious combination of self-massage, stretch, and gentle skeletal alignment. Great for yogis, non-yogis and anyone who needs to give their body a break from repetitive stress.

$25 in advance, $35 on day of event
Reserve your spot – space is limited. Eat lightly before class, wear form-fitting clothes, and bring a yoga mat (or use ours). Balls are provided for class use.

Yamuna Body Rolling (“YBR”) is a gentle and effective conditioning program based on rolling your beautiful body over air-filled balls using your own body weight. You’re essentially giving yourself a deep tissue massage when you’re on the Yamuna balls. You’re making space for incredible healing by toning and stimulating your skeletal system, nervous system and connective tissue.

YBR was originally created for yogis but is perfect for runners, cross-fitters, swimmers, men, women, young and old. Learn to unwind and remove physical restrictions in your body as a result of repetitive habits and every-day imbalances. Create a sustainable body and experience how rolling on Yamuna balls integrates and supports all the wellness practices in your life.
Appropriate for all fitness levels. Bring a yoga mat and wear snug, comfortable clothing. Eat lightly before class as well. Beginners welcome!
