Journey to Becoming Whole
This series Led by Kristen Ober, MA, MFT, Author, Reiki Master, CYT is a comprehensive eight week program that will provide harmony and balance to your mind, body and soul using therapeutic techniques such as: Emotional Freedom Technique, Mindful Meditation and Guided Journaling Exercises
You are the expert when it comes to your life. You have experienced everything that has made you into the person you are today firsthand. This guided series and workbook will take you on a journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance The exercises in this program are designed to empower you to take back control of your thoughts, feelings and perceptions. Perceptions of who you are and the world that you live in.
You will learn that YOU are your own teacher. Through exploration of self you will learn new solving problems skills, distress tolerance and emotional regulation. These skills enable you to slow down, be mindful of your life choices, begin to become aware of your self-sabotaging patterns and gain insight into how to break them.
This series is not about self-improvement it is about self-acceptance. You will learn tools that enable you to heal yourself. When conflict comes, which it will, you will be able to resolve it, accept the lesson in the struggle and let it go.
Your Journey Begins
If we are aware of what we need, why we need it and how we plan to go about getting our needs met we alleviate the possibility of being unfulfilled. This journey is about taking 100% responsibility for the problems and patterns in your life. This series guide by Kristen Ober is a compilation of explorative exercises and meditations that Kristen has been using in her psychotherapy practice as well as her own life for the past 16 years. By dedicating time and effort you will begin to see drastic changes in your sense of wellbeing, your relationships and your productivity.
Each week you are asked to participate in journal assignments, a daily chakra meditation and in an EFT tapping routine. The more time and energy you dedicate to your practice the more benefits you will see. Through the meditations, exercises and EFT routines you will be unraveling your negative energy patterns, regulating emotional responses, and conquer disorganized emotional responses.
YOU WILL LEARN TO:
1. Establish a foundation of mental, emotional and physical safety
2. Understand and embrace your awesome ability to create and manifest what you desire
3. Harness your personal power and enjoy a healthy sense of self-esteem
4. Access peace within despite what is happening around you, begin to love deeply, feel compassion and enjoy healthy connections.
5. Embrace your truth, communicate effectively and freely
6. Learn the art of acceptance, begin seeing the big picture and gain a deep understanding of perception.
7. Become conscious and begin living with gratitude and joy.
